Equality Winston-Salem relies on volunteers to produce successful events. We depend on the community’s participation and welcome your help. Join us and be part of Winston-Salem history. Please fill out the volunteer registration form below. Be sure to indicate which specific Equality Winston-Salem events you are interested in volunteering.

If you are interested in volunteering throughout the year on Equality Winston-Salem projects, please complete the form below. By filling out this form, you are signing up to be notified of volunteer opportunities that happen throughout the year and will receive notifications when EWS needs help with:

I agree to be a volunteer for the Equality Winston-Salem. (hereinafter referred to as the "EWS"). I understand that I am a volunteer and that I represent EWS. I agree to treat each guest of an event with dignity and respect. I understand that I may be relieved of my volunteer duties at any time and for any reason by a EWS Volunteer Coordinator, Festival Committee Co-Chair(s) or EWS Organizers. I understand that I may not serve as a volunteer if I am under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that I may not consume alcohol or drugs during my shift(s). By checking "I Agree" below, I give permission to EWS to use my photograph in any materials produced by the EWS. I understand that I am not an official spokesperson, employee, staff member, Festival Committee Co-Chair or Board Member of EWS. I understand that I am not authorized to speak on behalf of EWS and I may not obligate EWS in any contractual matter, nor do I have decision-making authority with regard to public safety matters. I agree to abide by all rules set forth by EWS and further agree to hold harmless the City of Winston-Salem, any partner organization, and EWS for any acts performed by me outside the scope of my activities as a volunteer.
